House Rules
Thank you for your interest in our place! We want to be sure you'll have a great time at our place and feel comfortable with our house rules which include the condo association rules.
Therefore, PLEASE CONFIRM YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE to comply with the house rules below when placing booking request.

Please take a look:
- Only the Registering Guest must be at least 25 years old and staying as a guest.
- No 3rd party bookings.
- NO PARTIES (you will likely have neighbors)
- Children are more than welcome, but no unaccompanied minors.
-No check-ins or check-outs on Saturdays or US federal holidays without prior approval.
Fire Safety:
- Smoking can be done near the fire ring or a similar distance from the house.
- The fire ring beside the house is for our guests only. (The one beside the motel building is not ours to use, guests are NOT permitted there.)
- STRICT HOA RULE - No smoking or vaping or candle or incense burning in the condo or porch. Fireplaces are closed and inoperable so no burning in them. If you break this rule, you will be required to leave IMMEDIATELY and pay a $200 additional cleaning fee. So, please don't smoke in any prohibited areas, it'll be a bummer for us both.
Lake Access:
- Enjoy the lake views, but there is no guest access directly to the lake from the property. Many public beaches in the area.
- Docks are privately owned, and guest use is NOT permitted.
- Guests found trespassing on docks may face immediate eviction with no refund.
Pets Policy:
- No pets, unfortunately, even the cutest, sweetest ones. So sorry!
Other Rules:
- No prior negative reviews.
- Quiet time after 10 pm, but you can check-in later, no problem.
- Illegal activity prohibited on premises, including smoking recreational marijuana.
- Only registered guests allowed on premises.
- Leave the kitchen as you found it to help us keep cleaning costs down for everyone. There's a dishwasher on hand, so it's easy-peasy to clean up after yourselves!
- Maximum stay: 8 days (longer stays are considered for contract workers like visiting nurses).
Parking:
- We may have space for more than 2 vehicles or 4 motorcycles, but please check with us first to make sure there's enough room for everyone. We want to make sure you have a great stay!
- No trailer parking without prior authorization, so we can be sure there's enough room during your stay with us.
